I took a week off of the internet, tv, radio, newspaper and telephone to clear my head. It was so nice. And, looking back at what happened in the news Im pretty sure that I didnt miss anything radically important.

My legs are shaking and shivering from the extra long bike ride I just took so now I am off to shower before descending into sleep.

Life is still fucking life like and I'm still trying to figure out how to live it.
